To solve a problem quickly, you need to describe it well, sometimes using screenshots and videos to solve the problem quickly. This way you save time for yourself and for us.

What should I report when a problem occurs!!?
- Name of the software;
- Name of the game
- Enter your key (or mail)
- Describe the problem in detail and attach screenshots of errors, if any; (If the problem has an obvious solution, the seller will inform you)
- If the problem cannot be solved, the seller transfers the data to the developer, who in turn will try to fix the error or defect;
- For help, contact only your dealer (you do not need to write to everyone).
